Exiguobacterium undae was identified based on physiological tests, and these results are also consistent with BLAST sequence analysis of 16s rRNA gene. Blast analysis of 16s rRNA gene showed that our microbial strain is Exiguobacterium undae with percent identity for both genus and specie was around 99.8%, and query cover score was 100% with E value (significance value) closer to zero.
